Women's Quilted Field Vest

South Creek runs through Beaufort County toward the Pamlico River, country where a vest belongs near the door through most of fall. The Ladies’ South Creek Quilted Vest is shaped for a woman’s fit while keeping the useful bones of a field layer: warmth through the body, free movement at the arms, and enough structure to wear into town.

Khaki and Earth use a polyester outer shell. The Waxed Khaki version uses 12 oz waxed cotton for added weather resistance and the creases and marks that come with wear.

Shaped without losing the field

The collar is lined in corduroy, with matching corduroy trim at the pocket openings. A double-pull YKK® antique brass zipper closes the front from either direction. Swept side vents sit over the hips, giving the vest room to settle cleanly when standing, sitting, or moving through the day.

Adjustable waist snaps let the fit move between trim and relaxed. Two zippered handwarmer pockets finish the front, while the women’s cut keeps the vest shaped without making it delicate.
