Refund policy
Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before the item(s) ship. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Dixie Decoys via telephone number listed in our contact information to expeditiously cancel your order. Any order that has already shipped may not be cancelled.
Exchanges
Exchange requests for items that have been received will only be accepted within (30) calendar days of receipt of your order. Contact us with your order number and a detailed description of the reason for the exchange and what item you would like to replace your received item(s) with. In order to complete an exchange the item must be in original, unused condition with all applicable packaging material intact. Exchanges will not be conducted for items purchased secondhand.
For exchanges that come as a result of the customer’s preference decision, (i.e. wanting a different color/size shirt/hat or different species decoy heads) the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange. Shipping costs associated with exchanges that come as a result of manufacturer defect or a mistake on the part of Dixie Decoys will be covered by Dixie Decoys. Dixie Decoys will endeavor to provide accurate sizing descriptions of apparel items but due to the varying nature of textile products Dixie Decoys will not be responsible for dissatisfaction with the sizing or coloration of apparel.
Returns and Refunds
If a customer is dissatisfied with the product(s) purchased from Dixie Decoys, they may return said product(s) only after receiving written approval from Dixie Decoys. Contact us at sales@dixiedecoys.com to submit your return inquiry. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs except for those cases in which the return comes as a result of manufacturer defect or distribution error by Dixie Decoys. Customer will pay all shipping costs to return the item to Dixie Decoys upfront. Refunds will only be distributed after Dixie Decoys has examined the product to determine whether a manufacturer defect exists or an error was, in fact, committed by Dixie Decoys. All returns must be sent via USPS or UPS ground/economy/basic service only. Charges for expedited returns will not be refunded by Dixie Decoys. No returns or exchanges will be accepted on “sale” or “closeout” items.
